Questions

Frequently Asked

Is translation really free?

The first 10 translations each day are free for every signed-in user. VIP members get unlimited translations at 1 credit each. The only other limits are the file size and line count shown above.

Why do 500 lines and 30,000 characters cap a file?

Each file is translated in a single request. Keeping it under those ceilings is what makes the result come back in seconds instead of minutes. Feature-length films usually need to be split into halves.

Can I change the output format too?

Yes. SRT, ASS, VTT and TXT tabs sit next to the result, so a translated file can be exported in whichever format your editor expects.
