Description of Service
Our platform is a browser-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) that provides automated subtitle generation, multi-language translation, and subtitle burn-in video rendering.

Local Processing: The Service processes video files locally within Your web browser. It does NOT upload your video files to our servers. Only the audio track extracted from your video is transmitted to our servers for AI speech-to-text transcription and translation.
Capabilities: The Service supports automatic speech recognition (ASR) for up to thirty (30) source languages and translation into up to two hundred and six (206) target languages.
Local Burn-In: Video rendering and subtitle burn-in are executed entirely utilizing your local device's hardware and browser capabilities.
Eligibility & Account Registration

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use this Service.
Account Security: To unlock certain features, you must register an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Subscription Plans, Billing, and Quotas
* Pricing Models: We offer a Free Trial and top-up based Base and Plus annual packages. 1 credit equals 1 minute of video transcription (including free translation into any supported target language).
* Credit Expiration: All purchased credits from any paid plan or top-up option are strictly valid for one (1) year (365 days) from the exact time of purchase. Any unused credits upon the expiration date will automatically expire, be forfeited, and cannot be rolled over or refunded.
* Billing and Merchants: Payments are securely handled by our authorized Merchant of Record (MoR), Paddle, and/or PayPal.
* Free Trial Abuse & Multi-Account Policy: The Free Trial quota (30 credits) is granted on a per-person, per-device basis solely for product evaluation. Registering multiple accounts or utilizing automated temporary/disposable email addresses to accumulate free credits is strictly prohibited. We reserve the absolute right to permanently terminate any account suspected of quota farming without prior notice.
* Refund Policy: Due to the non-reversible infrastructure and third-party API costs involved in AI processing, all credit purchases are strictly non-refundable once any portion of the purchased quota has been utilized by the account.
AI Limitations and Disclaimer of Warranty

Accuracy: Transcription and translation services are powered by advanced artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or cultural mistranslations.
"As-Is" Basis: The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Local Rendering: Video burn-in speed and success depend heavily on your local device's hardware configuration, browser compatibility, and system memory. We are not responsible for rendering failures or performance issues caused by your hardware or software environment.
Intellectual Property and User Content

Your Content: You retain full ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights over any videos, audio, and text you input into the Service.
Our License to Process: By uploading audio tracks to our Service, you grant us a temporary, worldwide, royalty-free license solely to process, transcribe, and translate the data to deliver the service back to you. We do not store your original video, nor do we use your audio data to train public AI models.
Illegal Content: You agree not to use the Service to process any material that violates local or international laws, including but not limited to copyright infringement, hate speech, pornography, or defamatory content.
Privacy and Data Protection (GDPR Compliant)
- We value your privacy. Because our core feature functions locally within your browser, we do not collect or monitor your original video assets.
Audio tracks transmitted to our servers are cached temporarily for processing and history logs (if enabled by your tier) and are handled in compliance with our Privacy Policy and international privacy laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall We, our directors, employees, or third-party providers (such as Paddle or PayPal) be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from Your use of or inability to use the Service.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where our company is registered/operated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
